GET A PERFECT LIP COLOR USING A LIP PENCIL AND LIPSTICK

          Application of a lipstick with a lip pencil, helps give lipsticks a very clean finish, also helps the lipstick stay longer and could be used to contour the lips to look pouted or smaller even larger!

           The lip pencil can be worn all over the lip on its own and can be used first before putting the lipstick or lipglass and vice versa. These days, you see people with lip color and a very bold black pencil drawn or pasted on their lip or with lipglass and black liner with purple brows lol, funny right? but true!

           So today I did mine with the lip pencil first and than the lipstick next; this method could be used as bases for an umbra (ombre) lip of any color.

           Firstly 
          1. Apply a lip conditioner or a lip base, it helps to soften your lip and helps the lip pencil glad on easily on your lips, dab out a bit with tissue paper to remove excesses or shine if you want to achieve a matte lip. 
          Vaseline can not be used as a base oo!


           2. Use the lip pencil at the edges of your lip, outline the Cupid’s bow (a double curve at the upper part of your lip, ladies we all have flaunt it)and the inner corners of your lip very well.

      Than smack your lips together making sure the upper lip and the lower edges of your lips touch each other.


           3. At the corners of your lip darken a bit with the lip pencil just like a side ways V (< >), and smack your lips, your lips should look pouted already.

           4. Just like you have in image 4.

           5. Go ahead and apply your lipstick over the lip pencil, your lipstick could be in light shades or similar with the lip pencil.


           6. And your lips are ready to speak with pride.

           7. Incase of excesses at the corners of your lips, you can go back with a cotton swab or a flat brush to clean the excesses using a concealer/ powder / foundation all in your shades.

           Voila you lips are perfect!

    ok.....so i dont have lip pencil....how do i have a pouted lips with my erryday color 18 eye pencil n pink lipstick.....i tink my prob with makeup is my lips ooo....HELP!!!!!

      Smallmomi as far as its your personal eye pencil and you keep it clean you can use it on your lips,just follow the steps then apply your pink lipstick at step 5,and also you could use a darker lipstick color to get the pouted lip.

Hello! Merry Merry Christmas to you all and I hope your makeup was looking fabulous today?   I just want to share my review on the   M.A.C STUDIO FIX POWDER AND FOUNDATION. It's a full coverage,velvety matte finish powder perfect for oily skin which I have.(it has silica in it,which helps to absorb oil on the surface of the skin).  Depending on the coverage you want, you can use a full or medium coverage foundation, either the sponge that comes with the powder or a brush, but most importantly a PRIMER!
